30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in the same condition as you received it—unopened, unused, and with the seal on the bottle cap intact.
  • The product must be in its original packaging.
  • You’ll need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: Items with the bottle cap seal removed will not be eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

After your request is approved:

  1. We will provide a return shipping label and instructions.
  2. Ship your item to the following address:

Important: Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you find your item defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@livelonggenetics.com. We will evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products with the bottle cap seal broken or removed.
  • Perishable goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids.
  • Sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the eligible item and place a new order for the replacement.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days without providing a reason. Items must meet the same return eligibility criteria outlined above.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you about the approval status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
